Hello There!
I was born in Azerbaijan and grew up in Turkey, I was 17 years old when I finished culinary vocational high school and I had my first internship experience at IC Hotel in Antalya. I worked for one season and my professional chefs let me explore the colors of the kitchen.
Then I did an internship at Robinson Hotel for 1 season and completed my basic cooking training.
My sincere dedication, hardworking attitude and passion have worked with my ex-chef, who soon offered me a job as a chef, for 1 year since the opening of a full-fledged Italian restaurant in Antalya’s old lara street, and I sailed to new ports to improve myself!
I started working at Maxx Royal Resort Hotel through my very esteemed chef and I have taken myself further in Italian cuisine for 5 seasons. Thanks to the valuable and professional chefs I have worked with during this process, I am improving myself in the “Italian” restaurant of the michelin star chef in Qatar.
This has been a turning point in my life and I aim to receive better international job offers in the future, and most importantly, I believe that these job offers will bring me to a better position in my profession with the experience they will add to me. I. During these experiences, I was able to consolidate my knowledge and acquire a variety of general knowledge about food and regional, cultural issues.
